Standard Pricing*

1-100 Guests
$100 set up  fee
plus
$25 per hour for first 5 hours and
$15 per 1/2 hour or Portion thereof  for any hours after initial 5

101-130 Guests
$150 set up fee
plus
$35 / hour first 5 hours
$20/ half hour or portion thereof for any hours beyond initial 5

131-200 Guests
$200 set up fee
plus
$45 /hour first 5 hours
$30 /half hour or portion thereof for any hours beyond initial 5

*Tip Jar displayed, Industry standard mixers and garnishes are provided by bartender which include; cranberry and Orange juice, sweet and sour mix, simple syrup, bitters, limes, lemons, cherries, salt , sugar, club soda, tonic, coke, diet coke, sprite, ice, garnish picks, straws, and napkins. Ice and Mixers are not considered for use as beverages for guests and are provided in amounts suitable for cocktails only. Bottled waters and non alcoholic guest beverages are separate and not included unless otherwise stated in service contract.

Mobile bar, blender, ice chest, bar tools, buckets, and  2 tap draft beer jockey box are provided by bartender.

NOT INCLUDED

Liquor, beer, wine, champagne, keg deposits, alcohol sales license fees, rental fees, trash fees, venue insurance, guest sodas, waters, olives, vermouth, bloody Mary mix, and disposable cups/glassware, specialty printing, snacks, centerpieces, china, flowers, or other specialty equipment or ingredients, or supplies, NOT provided by bartender.

Specialty Ingredients and equipment rentals are not included and will be billed to host in addition to base package rate.

All other costs associated with event are covered by host such as, parking, extended travel, equipment rental, disposable cups or glassware rental, and hotel if required.

Any travel excess of 50 miles is charged at $1 per mile over 50. Travel over 100 miles is priced at $2 per mile over 50 miles

**no tip jar displayed, travel costs within 100 miles of downtown Sacramento are included, non alcoholic industry standard mixers and garnishes,  are included***, up to 4 specialty mixers and garnishes, such as pureed produce, olives, flavor concentrates, spices other than salt & sugar, Ice, garnish picks, straws, napkins, standard clear disposable cups, 2 additional juices, bottled water, and 3 flavors of canned sodas for up to 150 guests**** are included.

NOT INCLUDED

Liquor, beer, wine, champagne, keg deposits, alcohol sales license fees, rental fees, trash fees, venue insurance, vermouth, bloody Mary mix, and glassware rental, custom printing services,  snacks, centerpieces, china, flowers, non stamdard uniform, or other specialty equipment or ingredients, or supplies, ARE NOT provided by bartender.

Overnight and travel expenses associated with events more than 100 miles from downtown Sacramento are extra and charged in addition to base or premium rates.  $2 per mile over 100 miles for up to 250 guests. Additional delivery rates may apply for transport of equipment and supplies for more than 250 guests

Standard Uniforms for Bartenders are:

Black slacks, skirt, or knee length shorts

Long sleeve button down collared white or black shirt

Black Tie

White or Black Polo

Black non skid  Shoes

Black suspenders

Black apron

Fees are paid to BCN by 24 hours prior to event with 4 hour minimum contracted time. Additional time fees are paid to BCN crew member at completion of breakdown.  30 minutes of breakdown and clean up are included with price.
